Description of the object
1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby oświetlenia przestrzeni publicznej Gminy Goleniów.
2. Zakup będzie się odbywał na podstawie umowy sprzedażowej zawartej między Gminą Goleniów a Wykonawcą.
3. Wykaz punktów poboru energii objętych zamówieniem znajduje się w załączniku nr 9 do SIWZ.
4. Usługi dystrybucyjne będą świadczone na podstawie odrębnej umowy zawartej z operatorem systemu dystrybucyjnego.
